I FiT Drop-in Days
At Inverclyde Faith in Throughcare, we believe in empowering our participants to take an active role in their own training and development. That's why we have our own I FiT drop-in days. One is located at the Dutch Gable in partnership with Inverclyde Trust on a Monday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm each week. The other is located at Crown Care Day Centre on a Thursday between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
These drop-in days provide a safe and supportive environment for people to learn new skills, develop their own activities, and connect with others.
